ELCO, you need to start to give solutions for PASSWORD & LOCK CODE RESET! - GSM-Forum

Hello Elco, please kindly give a solutions for many Samsung that cannot read the personal LOCK CODE & PASSWORD for Samsung because we are starting to have a lot of problem reading this code for every single customer we encounter mostly with the touch screen Samsung and other samsung that is not supported for reading or flashing to take out the personal lock code or password to remove it!

As you can see so many request of many Samsung right now that is not supported to read this codes and no way we can unlock it for our customers...

Please post your Samsung models that is not supported for reading PERSONAL LOCK CODE & PASSWORD to be request for Elco to start re-thinking about it! for me I have this:

Samsung T749 >>> not supported for reading or resetting PERSONAL LOCK CODE or PASSWORD
Samsung T659 >>> not supported for reading or resetting PERSONAL LOCK CODE OR PASSWORD
Samsung A887 >>> not supported for reading or resetting PERSONAL LOCK CODE OR PASSWORD
Samsung T559 >>> not supported for reading or resetting PERSONAL LOCK CODE OR PASSWORD
Many of NEW SAMSUNG TOUCH SCREEN ARE NOT SUPPORTED too

HOW ABOUT YOUR REQUEST?

thanks Elco for that solution , i will cirtanly try it the next time i get a piece that needs lock code removal as i also been experiancing headaches with these touch screen phones.

there are models that don't let you type that code...just asking for password, with or without phones.
request was made for those specific phones, not for those who will reset with that code.

I have T659 that has personal " LOCK CODE " I tried your suggestion but is not working at all by using T919

We need solutions for unlocking personal code for Samsung models that is not supported for EEPROM reset code!

Elco,
Can you make NSpro work under micro USB connect to Nspro box instead of USB cable? This is because if the phone has a lock code on it *#782872# doesn't work on all the phones with micro USB charger.

I tried everything with a user password locked a887 and nspro 5.7.8. COULD NOT READ USER LOCK.

NSPRO keeps wanting me to enter a command string, but the phone will not accept it. It wants user password code - and nothing else. No matter with sim, without sim...

I tried selection T919, reset code said phone not found. Read codes option did something, but said FAILED at the end of process.

WE NEED BETTER A887 OPTIONS.

use older version that require c450 cable like nspro 5.7.0

I bought ns for these models, and I hate to say it, this is the first phone I tried and great!!! IT DONT WORK!!! WTF! thats why i ditched ust pro... now back to the same crap!!!

c450 cable actually reads phone but fails....
e210 cable - no blue light and oeration failed....
j750 cable - blue blight - says reading locks - then operation failed!
c180 cable - no blue light - no phone found

get info - reads phone but fails at end (with t919 selected for t559)
service jobs just says no phone found.....

another expensive mistake....

PLEASE POST SOLUTION IF ANYONE KNOWS WHAT TO DO???

Never .... This is old model and i can`t unlock with NSPRO ....

About new model , i don`t want to waste my time !

I post this problem on many forums .... but elco never answer to me or anyone who have C6625
