Dear support,

Use windows update to install the Smartcard driver.
That will solve the problem.

i always use windows 7 smart card drivers from windows update.
Microsoft provide a generic smart card driver that work with most of the smart cards available at the moment.

So just let the windows 7 search for drivers online and will solve the smart card drivers problem for you.
Windows 7 update will also install and start smart card service.

None of this worked. Right now am installing XPPRO. NsPro please get your box drivers up to date and stop the trial and error information with your customers.

Thank you.

Thank you.
the drivers are up to date.
Your problem are the smartcard drivers.
On win7 you must use Microsoft smartcard drivers. If your windows is genuine, windows will download and install the drivers automaticly from microsoft servers.

Anyway, if you have problems using microsoft update, here i attached the drivers...

Hey guys, once again my nspro is being awkward & wont let me run the software, the wise words from Elco last time sorted the issue, but its started again, it says i have the "Gemalto" drivers version 4.0.0.2 even after uninstalling everything & deleting the nspro folder from program files then restarting the pc, then re-installing nspro software & restarting the pc again then plugging in the box & installing the drivers and then using win update for smartcard driver and i still get this error 0x01 smartcard missing or corrupt!

Help please.
winits.

Solution 1:
Delete NsPro folder from \Program Files then reinstall latest NsPro version

If that dont work, go to next solution.

Solution 2.
Right click on "My computer" go to Manage->Services and Applications->Services
Search for "Smart Card" service Make sure is STARTED.
If not started, right click on it and select START.

If still having problems, feel free to leave me a message on yahoo messenger or sonork.
You can find my yahoo messenger id on my forum profile.
