Please Elco I need you assistance. I have NS Pro box. I bought it 2 month ago and now have problem. He ask for activation. Could you help me to solve this problem ?

Sorry but I can't understand. With new boxes I must have 1 year free support. But box ask for activation after 2 month ...

1. who did you buy your NSPRO box from?
2. Is this person or company offical NSPRO reseller?
3. When did you buy the NSPRO box?
4. Did you contact the person or company regarding this problem?

I buy NS Pro box from official reseller, but reseller says that NS Pro team do not answer him to this question.

I try to contact all NS Pro supporters, but there was no answer. And I really do not understand this situation.

All new nspro boxes are activated for 1 year. If your box ask for activation after 2 months, then the box is not new.
The activation is automated and instant.
So for any activation issues, contact the reseller to solve the problem.
