Error "Wrong Smart Card ID" - GSM-Forum

I get error "Wrong Smart Card ID" when connect to Server. I have NSPro Box with e-gate Smart card reader. I have install on both Windows 7 32 bits and 64 bit version 6.6.5. I have contacted reseller and they confirm NSPro Box is activated and not blocked and advice me to contact ELCO for assistant.

I have the same issue related to NSPRO Box setup install on Windows 7. I can not get the proper smart card drivers loaded on Windows 7. Therefore the program does not open. I have tried several machine without any luck.
