pls what is the solution to F490v no service, sometimes limited service. should I flashed,erom files or check the hardware?

bro in which condition did u get in ur hand can u tell me in brief.If it is done while unlocking then u can just flashwith the other flash file noneed to nvm or erom.

a customer came with the fault not in the process of unlocking and imei is 353528020567xxxxxx. what's your advice?

mate if ur fone comes up limited service then it is blocked by the network provider so ns pro might be able to unblock it but it is ilegal so watch out .

the real fault is searching and later show NO SERVICE. should I go ahead and flash or what?

as far as F490v is concern this is the only firmware availabe F490BUHB2 at support site. hope is OK?
