failed unlock z240e with patch file - GSM-Forum

i try to unlock z240e flash ok but when try unlock operation failed

Checking serial communication...
Operation failed!

1. flash the phone with patched firmware.
2. Connect powered on phone in normal mode to nspro D800 RJ45 cable
3. Click UNLOCK button on NsPro software.
The phone will be unlocked in few seconfs.
Make sure that you are using last nspro version from www.nsteam.org and you selected correct phone model.

to day i try to unlock u700v with patch file i use cable usb flash ok but unlock failed
when i use cable d800 rj45 i get "phone not found"

The phone must be powered on in normal mode and must be detected on PC device manager as "SAMSUNG CDMA MODEM"
PLZ check the ndevice manager to see if the phone is detected by windows.

mr elco, i am having a trouble,
i flashed with patch,
hit unlock, and all ok,
but the phone continues locked,
and the program says sucesfuly unlocked,
i did it twice and the same state, says unlocked,
i checked that pc detects cdma modem ok,
but doesnt accept any sim card, any sugestion?
