freeze on after update v5.5.8 - GSM-Forum

hi there, i have nspro v5.5.7 well installed and connect working for while.
i updated the v5.5.8 yesterday,i cannt open the software,it just freeze on after updated v5.5.8,as display below:

Remove NSPRO Uninstall
Remove Directory manually from Root Folder..
Restart PC install Setup again...now Connect NSPRO install Drivers (From NSPRO Root Folder) reopen soft...
Last Update works Fine here

i have been uninstalled and re-installed 2 more time already,cannot open it at all,anyway,if everyone test the v5.5.8 working well,i think that might be something wrong about my xp pro sp2,i am going to use other pc to try...

hi,team supporter,i just checked from my re-seller there,she said i have to active nspro box again,once time per year. the device was actived since i bought first.why?????

Your Internet Is On while u run NSPRO soft (Firewall should be Off)
let it check with server rather Your Card is Activated on server side or NO....If yes It will let U RUN the SOFT else Error will Occur
About activation If your Reseller had the OLD stock might not had the activation and u need So

plz do check out for me.
but i dont see any S/N on the dongle..........
i have uninstalled v5.5.8 and kind of clear the system regedit.
re-installed v5.5.7 then,try to open the software see if there is my S/N.unfortunately,i cant open the software as freeze there......
just remind there,i can open v5.5.7 software and mechine working well until i install the v5.5.8.........

Problem is On your Side..
Install Nspro last version on a Clean Enviorment I think other Smart card Installed on Your system is Conflicting
if u was running 5.5.7 well before mean your card is active....

my re-sell havent figer out whats going on....
anyway,i have change other pc for test, the clear enviorment,i have install v5.5.7 first,(because it was work well before i start update v5.5.8), the same problem...
i dont think i the problem is by computer or wrong operate installed...,

i bought my nspro box was on july/09, it was actived once since i bought, do i need active again?

Ok i think problem in Axalto card reader inside..
contact your reseller ask him if its ok to open the box and check the reader reinsert card and then try running soft

i have fixed it, yes ,i reinserted card and adjust it on the rihgt card slot,it works well now.
