Galaxy i9000 Display gone weird after unlock - GSM-Forum

In need of advice

Just unlocked a Galaxy S i9000 and the display now seems to have a greenish look to it and also looks a bit like a TV with bad contrast adjustment

Could this be a result of unlock? Or just a coincedence that LCD is giving up at same time?
Customer obviously is blaming me

Really don't want to start flashing it until I get some advice

unlocking cant cause such problems.
Flash the phone. That should solve the problem.

Just flashed it and still the same
In fact the yellow triangle at download mode is green too
I think it must be the LCD, I've ordered one for tomorrow

sounds like a cheap copy lcd
had exactly same thing happen and customer said they had it replaced 2 weeks before unlock

That makes sense

I just tried replacing it with another copy LCD
And now the green has gone but everything is purple

Dunno what to try next?????
