help in samsung e250d - GSM-Forum

the problem is when i turned the phone on it s ok without sim card but with it inside the phone hang on samsung logo after few minutes the phone restart;i have flashed the phone but nothing good happen always the same prob i think it s a hardware pro?????????????????
