Hi elco need your help asap i keep getting nspro card not found or corrupted error 01

For some reason my nspro isnt working and i even tried 2 different computers and installed all the drivers and what not... I keep getting nspro card not found or corrupted (error 0x01)!

I tried to contact your via yahoo messenger and left you my team view id and password.... Please lemme kno if you can figure out whats wrong with my nspro....

Btw i just wanted to mention everything was working fine until i connect a phone to unlock and then the program just shut off and i have been unable to use ever since

hi it's just drivers confliction
dont wory...!
remove all devices and fones to ur pc.

and remove all drivers

After that connect ur Nspro and again instal drivers
when drivers instalation is complete
Restart ur pc and enjoy

i used the ftclean to uninstall all the drivers and reinstall them and tried this on two different computers but the same error still comes up

i have a feeling that my nspro hardware itself is somehow damaged, as everything was working fine until the software crashed while i was unlocking a phone...

i have been waitin on mr elco all night to see if he can figure it out by loggin onto my computer.. he is the Man when it comes to this so im keeping my fingers crossed

Opened up n removed waited a few min n reinserted sim but still no luck

Elco, i am getting the same error message right after the last update(i paid my renewal), i did all the troublshooting, still same error message, what are my options here, i had to pay for the codes to get my customers out of the door.

for many time in only one pc i was having this CARD Problem, then i've UNINSTALLED all other DRIVERS CARD for other Readers, Box itc..., NO ONLY UNINSTALL from normal unistallator, but directly from Windows>System32>Drivers.

After has unistalled all these drivers has used "DC UNINSTALL DEVICE" Free version, (search whith google), and has unistalled also from here.

Have opened my Ns Pro and cecked the reader, it's was no clean and all the logical group was not stopped inside the container, has cleaned the reader whith contact spray, has blocked all logical group end closed all.

Installed other time the SW, reboot pc, then connect ns pro and require all drivers, also Card Driver, put the Manual Directory Ns Pro>Card Drivers then manually choise you Card Driver.INF, (this not is the same for all ns pro), my was one OLD and readr has accepted EGATEBUS.INF (gemalto), press OK >Next and CARD DRIVERS INSTALLED correctament, has opened the SW and this time no more error of Card, (is all cleaned the pc from other Device, readers drivers), was be only waiting for charger other time the 400MB of database and no more problem of the card.....

Excuseme for long post, but i want to hope this time can help many peoples whith this problem,

Other easy TIP, use external Card Reader then install drivers for reader and Card drivers, this if just has installed one reader in your pc, ceck this from Windows
