so, nobody can use new nspro on win 64?
any support here?
nspro is for real dead?
i just bought this, why they stil sell this box
anyone can help me please?

i found this on youtube

" Uploaded on 11 Mar 2011 - Older Nspro Boxes that use e-gate smartcard work on win 7 x64. and 32bit

- New Nspro Boxes that use jcop smartcard don't work on win 7 x64

PROBLEM: because there is something wrong with the x64 smartcard driver.

However, it work fine on x32 systems. Both drivers: x32 and x64 are provided by micosoft,
So there is nothing at the moment that CAN BE done.

Two options : 1. Wait for Microsoft to update their Smart-Card drivers.. 2. Downgrade your pc back to Windows XP or run a 32bit platform"

Use smartcard reader

I use all of my NsPro boxes on both Window 7 and 8 64 bit systems..The easiest way to do it is use a pkey usb card reader...Take the smart card out of the nspro box and put it in the pkey reader. Works like a charm. The only down side is that you have to have box and pkey reader both plugged in so it takes up one more usb port. Other than that it works great.
