Hi guys,

I need help on how to unfreeze Samsung zv40 using NSPRO box?

All drivers was correctly installed but NS pro can not detect the phone

What should i do?

check the cable and the phone port, do a factory reset aswell.

I have full reset the phone and cable checked but ns pro don't detect the phone. Check also my screenshot
Note: I'm using D800 usb cable.

Please i need your help guys...
