1. start nspro software, select S5230 and click UNLOCK.
2.Connect powered off phone with battery inside to NsPro E210 cable.
3.The phone will enter in Boot Mode then the software will power on the phone.
4.The software will unlock the phone.
The procedure take maximum 1 minute.

If windows is asking for drivers after the phone powered on, you can find the drivers on NsPro Driver folder.
Install the drivers then repeat the unlock operation.

Use latest nspro version.
Click GET INFO or UNLOCk on NsPro then connect powered off phone with battery inside to nspro E210 cable.

-You get that problem because the phone drivers are not installed correctly.
The phone should be detected as "Samsung USB Mobile Modem" on device manager.
-Also can be caused by "USb Power Exceed" problem. You can find the solution for that problem on nspro support area.

If you cant solve the problem, just do this:
-when the software say "Waiting for 30 seconds for the phone to restart..." power on the phone and connect it to USB cable.
