yes my problem have solved.but not through nspro.
I still have some more pieces of M140.

friend just select B130 model and unlock it like repairing IMEI

Just select M130 on NSPRO, use C450 cable and unlock. If it does not work the first time, just make sure cable is securely connected and try again. Sometimes unlock is successful even if you get an error so keep trying a simcard after every try.
