I follow all instructions but still wont work
always says:

Checking serial communication...
Operation failed!

HOW TO FIX THIS????

use S7070 cable then press unlock button software tell you to press on phone *#7284# and select MODEM then press OK.
(power off phone before connecting it to NSPRO)

works everytime make sure your drivers are set up correctly
have done over 50 unlocks in last week no problems, also check build number on phone if mf3 on end might be problem like on at&t i337

I tried may times to follow nspro instructions always operation failed
are there any special operations or procedures to unlock the phone

i need to know???
does the baseband matters or the android version
does it needs to be rooted...??? what what???
i need it to be unlocked

Type *#7284# and select MODEM
Type *#0808# and select DM+MODEM+ADB
Type *#9090# and select DM/DUN over HSIC

Then unlock the phone using nspro
