USB cable and drivers

Hi, I had the same problem.

ensure you are using a Z500 usb cable and the drivers are fully installed for the cable. I nicked one from a Z140 phone, the drivers come with the handset on the red disk. You can also download the drivers from the support section.

It does work 100 %

Good luck

I have had this problem since I bought NSD ! Just cannot get it to work

Works 100000% with the CRACKED NSD but does not work with the original NSD. I have done everything exactly as stated in manual and website but still nothing

I also reformatted my HD when the NTDLR thing happened and tried after that and still same problem

Sorry to say but NSD are no help at all in this matter - a complete waste of time !!

remember, the port number has to be less than 9. if your modem is com 10 or greater it will NOT work
