I need help with NSPro ERROR:Connection establishing failed:10065 - GSM-Forum

Esteemed associates every time that I connect the USB's NSPro Box, receipt the message ERROR:Connection establishing failed:10065, I need instruction to solve this problem, from now on I give details of all that I have made to solve this:
1- Deactivate the Firewall
2- Intro Exclusión in my antivirus with NSPro's contentses
3- Update to last NSPro's version ( v 6.1.8.0 )
4- I Can Work with NSPro, but I have to connect to always Internet, many thanks joselec

same problem here please help nsteam.also I want to read my nspro serial number for activation but I cant see that the software shows error 10065 I installed lower version but not solved please help

I installed version 6.2.5 and the software is opening only with an internet connection.
Any ideas?

run it in adminstrator mode if u using windows vista or 7
