U using i8910 cable (g810) or soldering cable on PCB
check if RX and TX lines are correctly connected.
the phone must be powered on to be unlocked.
As i doubt on Communication between Phone and BOX

PLZ type *#1234# on the phone then post here the fw version from that phone.
