I9195 unlock completed but phone still locked

Reading IMEI...
Unlocking...
Processing...
Waiting for phone...
Writing IMEI...
Enabling 3G/4G...
Restarting phone...
Operation successfully completed

Can anyone help?

check your IMEI............. i think it's change ........... just re write orignal imei and unlock again all DONE

download unlocking file from support area....and flash it. then do unlocking process...its done..i have done few s4 mini's..
