i9300 firmware upgrade encountered an issue!

Hello, i have one piece i9300 that shows "firmware upgrade encountered and issue" when i plug in cable. Without plugging cable phone does not switch on or go to download mode also with jig. Flashed with nspro and here is log:

If you can't get it working by doing that, try to flash XXALE8 with Odin3 I revived 6 i9300 with that build. Give it a try..

Hope the bootloader is still good. Good Luck.
