Red face I9300 flashing always stop at radio on setup


I got a customer 's samsung i9300 to change language to french but with many different types of firmwares this flashing procedure always stop at radio on odin setup.Phone is no more powering on,it can only go to download mode or emmergency mode.This phone was ZNALF4 firmware before flashing and the download mode screen is in chineese language and the back label of phone is written in chineese language.I downloaded lot of firmwares but i am not able to download znalf4 but i got znalf2 ,still it fail.It has been months that i have been in this problem,i do suceed with other phones but this one.I need your help support team..Thank you in advance

PLZ check the exact model on the phone label and post the exact model number here.

the exact model on the phone label is written in chineese language but i checked phone info from menu before operation.It was i9300 ZNALF4 version 4.0.4...thank you in advance

that phone is defenetly NOT standard i9300 model.
i can't see clearly in the picture with the label, but i think is a China or Korean variant of i9300.

Most likely, it have some hardware differences from international i9300 model.

please i can notice that when i put the phone in download mode it is written in the upper conner side of the screen that the model is SHW-M440S.Please any idea of solution?Thank you in advance.

Flash the phone with original SHW-M440S firmware, then the phone will be OK.
