Install problem Nspro v3.2.0


Hi all,
New here and don't know what to do.
Just recieved my brand new Nspro box and installed v3.2.0.
Installation was oke, but when I start the prog. it freeze at
Nsteam window.
I am lost now, drvers seems to be oke.

I already found the problem, card was not fitted so well.
Now i am glad cause works very good and unlocked 2 C300.
If you push card totally inside the holder then it don't work.
I think is known already.

Actualy, the card should stay like this:



Not completly inserted into the box (for last NsPro box hw revision)
If you pushed the card completly into the box, you broken the end grooves of the card reader.

It's now like on the picture. Recieved from factory with smal tape and was
inerted totally.

Anyway it works now.
