issue on T989D 4.0.4 unlocking. Operation fail - GSM-Forum

I see many successful story about T989D.

I fail on
T989d 4.0.4 from Koodo.

Use s7070 cable
When I click unlock,
it asks for "*#9090# - UART Diag - Reboot - ok "

After dialing *#9090#", there is no UART Diag. Only UART[*].
So, I choose it.
The reboot this phone.
Then ok.

Several attempt but operation failed.

Can you advise any steps I go wrong? Thx.

PLZ type *#7284# on the phone and select UART->MODEM, USB-PDA
on *#9090# select UART
If still don't work, check/clean the phone connector.
Also PLZ check your NsPro S7070 cable.

Should I click "back" or "end" Or does not matter?
Should I reboot phone? ( Necessary? ) should I ?

Does it matter if I plug s7070 before or after all steps ( I plug it before all steps).

no problem.
Just fallow all the steps. You must use both codes: *#7284# AND *#9090#

Thx. It is

First trail not successful after the reboot the phone, as the voice tap pop up automatically.

I exit voice tap & do steps again without reboot the second time, it works.
