Member: 69631 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 42 | I wouldn't hold your breath mate ! im pretty sure there isnt a box out there the supports the s5 100%. if you brought the nspro box JUST to do s5's.......... return it ! id be willing to bet your warranty will be expired before full support is available for s5 and its variants. this is no disrespect to Elco or nspro, all manufacturers are struggling because of the new security and software. lolly pop |

Member: 1026469 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 65 | Thanks for the reply bro. The person that sold the NS PRO told me the same thing. This is a pretty nice box I just want to know if the NS Team is working on updates. Give us news or something. This is my first SAMSUNG box, I just want to know if I made the right choice. I obviously know I'm going to buy other boxes. P.S Other boxes claim that they can direct unlock S5. Its this real ? Risky? Please let me know. |

Member: 69631 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 42 | im honestly not sure if a working solution has been released from any of the boxes mate. but at the moment most people are sticking to codes to unlock newer models ? like I said to another member the other day, you are dealing with a £500+ phone to earn £10-£20 ? i know you can always point the customer to the good old disclaimer but when youve got a 6' 6" byson in front of you and you have just distryed his phone, that isnt gonna wash lol. even if nspro released a solution today, it would be a month or two before I tried it. I always wait to see reviews first. lolly pop |

Member: 2076039 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 648 | My NSPRO box has been sitting around for nearly 6 months. All I use for Samsung is Z3X and SPT. NSPRO was great when 4.1.2 was rolling around. After 4.2.2 and 4.3 it seems like they just gave up. Again, like others have mentioned, no disrespect, but I didn't pay for this to just have it sit around for months with no word from the devs of the box/software. |

Member: 1026469 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 65 | My dealer told me that if their is no update in 3 o 4 months, he will exchange it for another box. I hope I don't have to do this. Willing to wait for a while. Pretty mess up that I don't get a response from the NSTeam. I will like a confirmation if its a dead project or not. |

Member: 69631 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 42 | I expect there WILL be an update, but not the update your expecting ! Nspro has a nasty habit of releasing updates roughly every 6 months and then the update usually only contains FIXES for the previous update ! Plus a few added varients of popular models with numbers that you have never seen or heard of like a N9899k or summot lol. Good luck in your quest mate...... Cheers, lolly pop |

Member: 1762426 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3 | knowing how to wait There seems to be a trend with us, we want to buy any new box and want to update their software every day, if possible three or four times a day, if it does not, the box is a dead project even we use it every day and win lots of money. I think the name NS_PRO has a weight that is well earned. Not that I do not like the updates, but sometimes you have to learn to wait. |

Member: 1026469 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 65 | The problem here is not the waiting time. Support its not only about updates. It is also about communicating with clients. How about a " we are currently working on the new update" or "A lot of surprises coming in next update"? More than updates I will like Elco to tell us something. Give us some good or bad news. But please give us something. |

Member: 1414809 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 155 | I say return it. Elco doesn't give a rat *** about anyone here. You will get no support and barely an update every 4-5 months to fix issues from previous versions like lollypop said. Get a z3x/octopus they are being updated monthly and their solution works almost most of the time. |

Member: 1026469 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 65 | Waste of money. I was going to buy a Z3x but I got convince of buying this first, not satisfied with this purchase. I paid more than what this is worth and I got no support. I think we deserve at least some answers from the NS PRO Team. As I said before, if the project is dead, please let us know. |
