j750 not unlock, not read info - GSM-Forum

Connected to box J750 cable, no battery, power off.
Just blinking RX for few seconds, then "Preparing phone. This may take a while... Operation failed!"

try this: click UNLOCK or Get Info then connect powered off phone, with battery to NsPro J750 cable.
