Upto what version can you use without activation?

I have tried 5.2.3 which was suggested by Elco in another thread but does not work, i keep getting "ERROR : connection establishing failed: 10060"

i have had for many years also and i pay my activation fee, do you own a car?? when it come time for oil change do you tell dealer to change for free???

Today I why NSPRO BOX can't use? Should I continue to pay, just can be updated.
