sir customer brought one u800 that have user code when i switch on its show user code on start up. plz help i connect phone using e210 cable but phone not found. coz its have user code theni try with off phoe strill same problem and with out batrry same problme plz help. i know phone should be switch on but not scucessed

reset eeprom with *2767*3855# that should take the code off or reset it to 00000000 but all personal data will be lost B.R

man plz tell me if u realy know we cant use this code on u800. coz its shows when i swithc on start up like nokia phone. plz any tell me is it possible or not am i wasting my time?

Just flash the phone with any firmware from nspro support area and the phone code will be removed.
