Always the same:

Connect the phone to cable!
Processing...
Reading locks. This can take up to 2 minutes...
Operation failed!

Please, can anybody tell me the solution?

The cable is OK...
I can make direct unlock whitout problem...
The problems starts when I want read codes...
Any other sugestion?

if you dont specify the phone model, i wont be able to help you...

I Sorry, but when I say "I can't read codes" I mean "any code..."
I can make direct unlock with C450 cable (F250 por example), but...
I can't read unlock codes with the same cable (M2310, etc...........)
I have Two cables, and I tried two computers...

Sugestions.....
