my nspro box shows an error - GSM-Forum

hey there i was using v5.2.3 when i try to run it yesterday it shows error : connection establishing failed:10065 so i cant read the S/N of my box to activate the new version then download the new virsion v5.5.7 when i tried to run it it shows your nspro axalto card is inactive please use ur ns-dongle and the card activator to activate it. how to solve this problem thanks in advance

start 5.5.7 again and the software will show you the card ID
