Go to NsPro Support area->Special Files->Android Repair Files and download N7100 IMEI Baseband Repair file.
Unzip and flash it to phone using NsPro
After that, the phone IMEI will be 0049... Then write IMEi to phone using latest NsPro version.

problem solved

something didn't seemed to be ok, with all those failed atempts to repair imei and because phone did not have any imei sticker on the back of the phone, i''ve opened it to see how it looks inside, if someone have done some hardware working inside. i presumed this is the reason why imei repair did not work.by the way, ELCO, i've allready done the steps you said. when i opened the phone ai realize that this was not a real phone but a presentation one, with lot of components missing from the factory, like network components, baseband chip, etc so, trying to repair imei and baseband to this "phone" is utopia!!!!

thanks for the help!!!!
