need 6.2.1 + not happy! - GSM-Forum

Hi
can anyone give me a link to download 6.2.1?
If Elco is happy for us to use earlier versions if we dont wish to pay for activation why doesnt he archive the old versions for download like other tools?
I am a long time nspro user and now cant use my box only because I deleted my old installer. Noone is going to check if their activation has expired before installing new soft and by that time he has you locked

but how to access this without working soft?
I did say in first post that I dont now have working box because I deleted old installer
