b7610 unlocking - GSM-Forum

i am trying to unlock a b7610
---------------------------
NSPro
---------------------------
1. Power on the phone.
2. Copy DataConnection.exe to phone memory.
3. Run DataConnection.exe on the phone.
4 Select USB_PHONE then tap OK.
5 Connect the phone to USB cable.
5 Click OK

---------------------------
i have done that using activesync
but it says hardware not installed n usb(do i need a special driver for this phone)
on ns pro it says operation failed
how do i unlock this phone plz help

after you select USB_PHONE, connect the phone to USb cable. the phone should be detected as "Samsung Mobile Diagnostic Port" on windows device manager. If windows ask for drivers, you can install the drivers from nspro driver folder.
