need some help nspro team

i got a m310 freezeing everytime the phone come on i try to flash it with nspro but it say incorrect parameter can some1 provde me with instruction how to flash it

open NSPRO software select model choose flash option and follow the help tips on the information page

you use usb or rj45 cable to flash ?

as u can see soctia these are the option i select usb and follow the instruction hold * while connecting the dead phone and it install some drivers but when it detect the phone it give a error in the last screen shot i show you

Set NsPro port on com port lower than COM50. If you are using USB flashing mode, make sure the Samsung Mobile Com port emulated by the phone is set on com port lower than COM50.
That will solve the problem.

it work changeing the com port under 50 work but the imei is now 00000000000001 but when trying to write imei it say enter in test mode how to enter in test mode elco
