T499 unlocking issue.. - GSM-Forum

HI Elco, thx for the new 611 update.tried it on T499, phone is unlocked, but no 3g reception after unlocking , Pls look into it .

Hi, I try to unlock a t499 with nspro 6.1.1, the software gave me the nck but when I turned off the phone, it stared to restarting.What can I do.Thaks in advance.

That phone is not fully compatible with europe 3G networks.

I will check that and if there is a problem, i will fix it ASAP.

Hi ,

Tkanks for your reply! The tech specs details: Mobilicity - Product Detail. This phone
is sold in Canada and this carrier operating on 1700 /2100 3G band only, after unlocking this phone not works with home network anymore. tested it with another carrier's 2g network , works ok. Wish this can help correct the bug in new release.

me too, I have a mobilicity t499y , after reading code, wont boot, samsung logo blinks and black screen after reading the code

i mess up two phone and still cant get them fix even when i flash them back with original firmware
