j 700 and j 708 are the same
the only defrence is that j708 is a chines edition, and it may not detect the network in your country
and if flash j708 too j700 it will not kill your phone, in the badest case you can put back the bacup.

j708 flash only supports chinese language
tested by me-support site shld hav file with
spanish?
