Ive not checked yet mate but usually Elco releases a small exe to install over the top or a full install for first time users ?

mine opens without a problem.

elco what models is certificate write enabled?

Who have RIGHT installed the old one 6.8.0 just run the Small.exe and open w/o problem....who not have installed the 6.8.0 need of install Full.exe becouse not have all already...easy

Try this

Right Click on "My Computer"->Properties->Advanced System Settings->Performance->Settings->Adjust for best performance->Apply, OK
