Ns pro closes down when trying to unlock?? - GSM-Forum

PLEASE HELP.

FOR SOME REASON WHEN TRYING TO UNLOCK A TOCCO ULTRA THE ERROR MESSAGE COMES AND AND TELLS ME THAT NS PRO HAS EXPIRENCED PROBLEMS AND NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN.
THIS HAPPENS EVERY TIME.
I HAVE CHANGED COM PORTS AND CABLES BUT TO NO RESULT.

ANY IDEAS AS TO WHY THIS IS

try disabling your anti virus/firewall and running it

had same prob ur drivers r not installed properly

You Have drivers Confliction in your PC ...remove previous Ones install new from NSPRO root directory only when asked

if the drivers is proprely instaled you have to scan your pc .

remove from add remove programme and install again and gave a proper drivers

yupp,,there are conflicts with your computer ports,,,, that is why it gives you such a problem...
try to update your driver or change comport....... hope it helps...

he need to remove drivers and reinstall again from nspro root directory
but in most case Unintalling reintalling does not help...
