Ns pro not loading - GSM-Forum

Hello all i am having problems with the NS pro software

so i downloaded v6.8.1 and it said i needed to activate it so i paid for a activation

then when i load it it brings up the loading screen but then nothing
its like the program is hiding but its not its not even opening

ive installed un-installed like 20 times and still doing the same

atm ive got phones what needs unlocking but i cannot as the software is not working at all

i know my nspro is now activated as last time it said activated successful

What could this be?

Windows 7
8gb ram
i5 laptop

Thing's ive tryed

Changing to windows xp
changing to admin
but still does not load

Latest version have big BUG,two computer not working,fresh instalation system,,---NsPro has stopped working-----,all driver ok,back to v6.8.0 NsPro work OK,please Elco slove this problem,i payed for good support,not for BUG..

Windows 7 64bit--12GB of ram,i5 processor,2TB HDD..

Hello got this working but had to change my windows 7 skin so needs fixing something stopping it

I resolve poroblem, go to system properties-visual effects-and set -adjust for bestperformance

for e-gate smart cart i use z3x driver egate 6bit,for smart card microsoft driver.

Version 6.8.1 is defective simply install the 6.8.0 and it will work.It helped me a lot and I had the same problem.
