I have samsung S3350 and I try unlock with NSPRO in option get info and not funtion . please help me sr.

read and fallow the nspro instructions.
Make sure that you install the phone drivers correctly.

have got info anfd code that is 31859838 but it is wrong and not entering ..........pls help me what i do?
