NS Pro proplem - GSM-Forum

i downloaded latest software,install it but at the end when i run the programe i get this " NS Pro Axalto card not found" . ALso in device manager it appears a proplem with "SchlumbergerSema Cyberflex e-gate". i try to update driver,unistall,install again but nothing. i Checked sim card in box its ok again.if anyobne can help thanks.i search the forum found some posts but didnt help me.

try this and install latest version of the software:
E370 Unlock Step

check the card holder inside NsPro Box.

thanks for your reply... I did exacly as you said.but still get this proplem in device manager and "axalto card not found"

I see you have conflict. Do you have other smart card readers connected??

I think you have hardware problems. The box defective?

PLZ download and install last nspro version and confirm all installation steps.

if that dont work,PLZ go to propreties and update driver. select the file manualy and chose egate.inf from program files\nspro\nspro driver. I think the windows from you pc mixed up the Axalto driver with generic smart card driver frim SP2.

... next time visit NsPro forum and use SEARCH function there. You will find the solution for your problem in few seconds.
