NS Pro woes

Hi guys n' gurlz, just wondering if anyone else has this issue?

Windows 7 (x64) = Worked perfect.

Windows 10 (x64) = Box not detected. some issue with a hash file in the usb driver for the ns pro box and the ns pro converter, although the smart card has no issues at all so i cannot get ns pro to run at all regardless of the version.

Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this situation??

winits.
