nspro 5.5.7 malfunction - GSM-Forum

ive reinstaled it a few times and it still not work properly
it always goes to send report not send report
ive had no problem with ns pro before just this version
im sure its something im doing wrong
please advise

Hello

everyone is using this version bro and no one have any problem as u described. i think ur have to install windows again but don't forget to install Latest antivirus.

im using windows xp pro and nod 32 antivirus
when i try to read samsung 8300 it happens ive not tried on any other phone yet

you get that problem because you didn't installed the phone drivers (qualcomm drivers) correctly.
Install the drivers correctly then you wont get that error anymore.
The phone should be detected as QUALCOMM device. Not basecomm or some other name.

also maybe yu can help me bout the maps for this phone i see route 66 on the nspro files for s8300
hoping yu can give me sloution

you get the route66 software with the phone, and you have to buy the maps from route66 online store.
