nspro box doesnt read phones anymore - GSM-Forum

i have nspro purchased nov 2007, with multiunlock software.
when i connect samsung phone-click GET INFO, the screen says
ENTERING TAT MODE
OPERATION FAILED

i get an error message about the wrong cable-model-unplugged ......etc

tried different 9 models, 3 xp machines, still same error message

i emailed my seller , gsm liberty, no response so far.

If blue led don't light when u pres a service {ex unlock , info } then is a problem with drivers , search forum for info how to repair it .

Go To Ns Installation Dir And Install Usb Driver Again

no blue light is comin out(that is coming out of the usb light, right?)

anyhow followed all directions, still same problem, is that a sign of a bad hardware.?

When u try to unlock a phone there shuld light the blue led , if not then reinstall drivers , is not hardware , is about drivers . Check link posted above by .Aldagsm.
