Member: 73674 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 91 | make sure nspro is showing under device manager at port 10 or lower. then just keep trying. unplug usb cable and nspro. refresh the computer. plug in usb cable and nspro. if it doesn't work. repeat and keep repeating. it will work. it always took me about 6 - 7 times before it loads up. just keep trying...... |

Member: 8133 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 72 | On Windows 7 64bit i ha to remove smart card from Box and enter into pkey reader (from old jaf) Installed drivers, and was working. As an FYI, try this. Go to device manager, and right click the device that has the big yellow ! next to it. Select uninstall and delete driver. Then at top of page, right click on computer and "Scan for Hardware changes". Let pc install driver, then hopefully that will fix your issue, or at least, it did for me anyway. |
