NSPRO Box Help! (NSPro box not found or corrupted)


I just bought NSPRO and installed all the drivers for it and I keep getting this error. "NSPro Card not found or corrupted (0x01)"


I am running on Windows Vista 32bit.

VISTA is very slow
try to install the box in other operation system
use win7 or win xp

make sure nspro is showing under device manager at port 10 or lower. then just keep trying. unplug usb cable and nspro. refresh the computer. plug in usb cable and nspro. if it doesn't work. repeat and keep repeating. it will work. it always took me about 6 - 7 times before it loads up. just keep trying......

yh appens to me too just remove the sim card or smart card out then back in leave box connected if that dont work remove the smart card and reader drivers and rlet it reinstall and it should

On Windows 7 64bit i ha to remove smart card from Box and enter into pkey reader (from old jaf)

Installed drivers, and was working.

As an FYI, try this. Go to device manager, and right click the device that has the big yellow ! next to it. Select uninstall and delete driver.

Then at top of page, right click on computer and "Scan for Hardware changes". Let pc install driver, then hopefully that will fix your issue, or at least, it did for me anyway.
