NSPro box not detected - GSM-Forum

NSPRO team please help.Today i just buy activation of my box since then when i am trying to open my box it is giving error Nspro box was not detected.make sure box is connected.
all drivers are installed and box was working perfect earlier as i daily unlock 15+
sansung phones.
PLease HELP

Friend! This is Drivers problem or OS. What OS you have in computer? When card is not activated you have this Message. (See Picture)

All Box Driver Should be Installed Well,Included Smart Card Driver

i am using windows xp. All drivers are ok. BOx is working fine now. But i cant find the reason why it was giving error?
