| Nspro Box Not Works! Already installed nspro 1.2c but it says: box not connected I'm using setool and nspro on a same computer, should I use nspro on a computer without setool?! a picture of my hardware profile, after installing nspro 1.2c is attached, please check it. and let me know your opinion. BTW NSPRO BOX IS CONNECTED in this hardware profile |

| Still... i see "other devices" on your picture.. that show unknown device. Maybe you have not installed the drivers when you was asked. PLZ use Update Drivers on that devices, select to chose driver from a specific list and select Program Files\NsPro\NsPro driver folder to search for drivers. |

| thanks Elco for infos. i tried to install box on my laptop egate driver found and also Nspro box driver and i installed drivers. but after that, when i click on NSpro icon, it says: NSpro port not found. and aslo I have no Nspro box in my hardware profile. also NSpro convertor is installed in m add/remove programs but it's not in my hardware profile. seems really box hardware damage. |
