nspro cant connect on window 8 - GSM-Forum

i am trying to install on window 8 all they driver installed but when I run the sw I get error that box not connect any help? thanks

go to device manager and check if all drivers are installed properly.

yes all the driver are instled

I install this but still I am getting same error nspro card not found or corrupted (error 0x01)

Altrugh windows 8 is NOT the best option for gsm servicing...
New windows versions allways have a lack of proper driver support.
The sittuation was the same win win7 few years ago.

The best wondows version for gsm servicing is win7 x32

my problem nspro card not found or corrupted (error 0x01).
v6.0.1 on win 7 any help? thanks

use latest NsPro version then will be OK.
Uninstall NsPro from your PC.
Delete NsPro folder from Program Files
Download latest NsPro version from : : NsPro Downloads: :
Install the latest NsPro version.
Run NsPro software.
