NSPro Can't Detect phone - GSM-Forum

I just bought a new NSPro and installed version 3.1.5 but i can't connect to any Samsung phone..Always failed to enter TAT mode

I tried running my box to one of my friend with working box but same problem..

I also noticed that on USB LED is lighted..all the rest are off..

Is this a software or hardware problem?

may b box cable conector problm bcoz notdetecting is comunication problm,

NsPro drivers are not correctly installed on your PC.
Check the sticky thread from official nsteam support forum.
You will find the solution there.

Very common problem. It should be taken cared by both the respective teams.
