Clean install without restoring backup works! Uninstall NsPro from cp, delete NsPro folder an install latest version.

I think is hardware problem, i haved same p`roblem after put the card in another card reader work without problems!! i used s-card reader from smart clip

i have the error 0x01 message after installing new 6.7.1. I have tried to uninstall all the files from c drive, control panel, and any nspro folders. Install the new one and still not working. I also tried another computer with old software 6.6.7 and it is the same error message. Does this mean the box is not working or software issue? how can i solve this issue?

Sim card is not detected! This is your problem!
Or wrong driver installed.

I have the card that wont install on box, and have to use in pkey reader from old jaf box.

When i connect the pkey to pc, always light is flashing and i get silly box not detected crap error.

How i fix:

Go to control panel>device manager, and i look for usb token device with yellow triangle and ! inside. I UNINSTALL AND DELETE driver.

Then back to top of page, and i right click on name of my computer and scan for HW changes. THEN pc finds the CORRECT driver and installs it.

The only downside to this is i have to do this for EVERY time i connect pkey reader or everytime i boot pc and want to use nspro.

Why the hell elco couldnt just make it all on one compatible card is beyond me!!

the only answer i found is to change the new box for another older because the new one didnt work with windows 7 64 bits or to change the smart card to another smart card reader like jaf or setool i dont want to do it but the nsteam didnt solve this driver problem...........................
