"NsPro card not found or corrupted (error 0x01)!"

I ask you for help. every time when I turn on the "NSPRO v.6.2.1" pops up this message
this happens with version 6.2.0 installed on two PCs with Windows 7 32bit and 64bit. uninstall "NSPRO" and Device Manager and reinstall did not help. attach it to a different USB does not work.

it happens because the box don't conneting, when the box is connected you hear 2 bing that tells you it is connected with this error you get only 1 bing so you have to unplug the box and replug it again maybe 2 or 3 times.
with windows 7 you have to run as admin.
